Colleen Croal has worked as a writer/senior paralegal in the area of employment-based immigration law since 1999. Her specific expertise rests in drafting nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, with a focus on cases for extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, and national interest waiver petitions in technology, scientific research and higher education institutions. In addition, she has extensively assisted Sostrin Immigration Lawyers’ partners with PERM labor certifications for several key corporate clients.
Ms. Croal brings to Sostrin Immigration Lawyers a unique breadth of abilities and depth of understanding of business immigration. For over ten years in the field, she has consistently provided excellent client service, liaising with representatives of appropriate government agencies (e.g., U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor) concerning issues of compliance with regulations while researching and keeping abreast of laws, regulations and policies affecting employer compliance.
Ms. Croal holds a Master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
