Newsflash – I-94 Arrival/Departure History Now Available Online
On May 1, 2014, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) introduced a new function on the I-94 retrieval webpage allowing nonimmigrant U.S. visitors to access their complete I-94 arrival/departure record, up to five years back from the request date. Records will include dates and ports of entry of arrival and departure, and can be accessed by entering the visitor’s name, date of birth, and requisite passport information. With the introduction of this function, travelers will no longer need to file Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests in order to retrieve their immigration history. For more information, please see the related press release.
