Attorney Rita Sostrin to Speak for AILA Education Department Web Seminar


Attorney Rita Sostrin is scheduled to speak for the “Strategies & Considerations for Gaining H-1B Cap Exemption” web seminar, hosted by the AILA Education Department, on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm EST.  Topics for discussion will include concurrent employment, defining “institution of higher education,” the USCIS Aytes Memo and its definition of “affiliated or related nonprofit entity,” the impact of waivers on claims to H-1B cap exemption, and various strategic pros and cons of claiming cap exemption from having been previously counted against the cap.
