Attorneys Rita Sostrin and Alexander Dgebuadze Spoke at 2015 AILA Annual Conference
Attorneys Rita Sostrin and Alexander Dgebuadze of Sostrin Immigration Lawyers, LLP spoke at two sessions at last week’s 2015 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference on Immigration Law in Washington, DC. Mr. Dgebuadze spoke at the “PERM Fundamentals – Part II” panel on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 2:45pm, which covered the basics of the PERM requirement process, filing procedures, and next steps. Ms. Sostrin led the “‘OMG, I Have an IMG!’ Working with International Medical Graduates” panel earlier that day at 12:25pm, which discussed the different immigration life-cycles of an international medical graduate (IMG), as well as tactical tips for representing physicians from their initial training through permanent residence.
AILA is the country’s largest network of immigration law professionals and hosts a national conference every year. This year’s conference ran from June 17 – June 20, 2015, and offered over 145 diverse, substantive sessions to the more than 3,000 immigration lawyers in attendance.
