USCIS will begin accepting applications for deferred action for childhood arrivals


Today, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin accepting applications for deferred action for childhood arrivals. Individuals under the age of 31 who came to the U.S. as children and are currently out of status may qualify for employment authorization and deferral of removal for two years.
